I was a bit stuck with my weight and motivation and just felt I needed some help to get me on track .
Steph gave me a weekly food and exercise programme and really helped re focus me . Being part of the WhatsApp group meant I couldn't slack off . I had to exercise 6 days a week and I put everything I ate in the fitness pal app .
It really taught me to focus and helped understand what I should or should not be eating . I learnt to become disciplined .
I lost 9lbs over the 6 weeks and since then I have really kept it going .
I would highly recommend Steph to anyone . She is so motivating!!
