- Richard Gray Review added: 2018.09.12★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was charged £10 to have 12 slides processed at my local store in Bath for a one hour print job. Under 'one hour printing' on the pricing page on the website it says 5-49 prints is 29p. I spoke to someone online and they confirmed that it would cost 29p per print. If it costs more to get slides processed why are the prices not displayed on their website?!?!
To add insult to injury they got the order wrong! I asked for a 15mm border to be added to one of my photos, the border was about 4mm long and as a result would not fit in my frame.
I lodged a complaint on July 4, 20:44 BST 2017 and have not heard back from them since.

Disgusting service. - william burton Review added: 2018.02.07★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very rude staff, I sent my film off to be processed and came in the day I was told by a member of staff that they would be ready and was greeted by a rude male employee that stated that they were not ready and it's my fault because I didn't get a phone call to come in. I live 30 minute drive from bath and had to pay for expensive parking to come in especially to pick them up. Nothing was done by the staff to try and help the situation and I feel no effort was made to make me want to return to get my films developed with them again.
