Sorting out a remortgage for me two years ago they were fast and efficient. More recently I had them arrange a slightly more complex loan. The broker was very helpful and patient as we had to make a series of changes over several months. Once handed over at the admin stage the process slowed right down and there were a couple of annoying mistakes.
This year, I needed to remortgage the same property again. All pretty straightforward but it's dragged on for months. The broker was hard to get hold of and the admin and finishing seems to have been farmed out to another company. Our case manager was constantly engaged and not the best at returning calls. Between L&C, this company and the lender it became very confusing It's irritating that no details of the property are retained. It makes it seem a bit pointless sticking with the same broker.
