The salon is bright, clean and minimal, but by no means off puting. :)
I go here for the eyebrow threading alone - an Indian method shaping eyebrows with a tautly held piece of cotton rather than plucking or waxing. It is superb and pretty much painless.
I find it easy to get an appointment, even on a Saturday, and the beauticians are efficient and friendly, without nattering on too much. Prices range from £9 for eyebrow shape to a full beauty session (facial, massage, manicure, pedicure etc) for around forty quid. I haven't gone for that myself yet, so can't comment, but all the products they use look and smell delightful and the service is quick and attentive.
