It took five minutes to receive an espresso which was tepid when it finally arrived in spite of it being a quiet weekday morning, and the barista was visibly disgusted when I asked for sugar. Please, no lectures on how I should appreciate my coffee - it's my choice, not yours.
Sadly, the same chain has taken over Jacob's Coffee House in the centre of town which is a great shame as it used to be a pleasant cafe with an unpretentious atmosphere and friendly service. I guess they're going for a different clientele these days.
