- spider on the web Review added: 2018.07.13★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I'm amazed that any "my dentist " practice in Bath operates, the staff appear overworked ,un-trained and if I'm honest totally uncaring.
My appointments keep getting cancelled at short notice , which if a patient did this we would get charged.
I feel cheated as i have been charged for treatment twice due to these cancellations which extended the treatment period beyond the nhs guidelines for the length of time one course of treatment can take?
Ive been told by staff the treatments have be cancelled due to annual leave, which after questioning this my appoint has been reinstated within an hour?
obviously lies...
I feel MY DENTIST are only out to make profit and have little or no interest in their patience welfare.
