I was wanting to look around to book for my disabled sister to ensure suitability of bedroom and general facilities. I saw two members of staff Britney and Maxime.Both went above and beyond to show me rooms and arrange my booking. They are assets to this hotel. I know that my sister's stay will be an enjoyable experience. Really hope this hotel does well as it delivers in every aspect.
