The first time I went to her was a gift, I went in with the usual back tensions, and I left after an hour walking on air, in a state of relaxed bliss. Recently I visited her again after injuring my back snowboarding. I had a lot of lower back pain, and shooting spears of pain going down my legs from my sciatica nerves. She was able to target the muscles causing the pain and after the massage and since, the shooting spears of pain didn't return. She also gave me exercises to help my lower back, which is much recovered. I will never go to someone else for a massage... Polly is THE BEST, for injury help or just to enjoy total, absolute relaxation.
